There were mods before that toned down this effect but they probably wouldn't work due to shader pre-compiling on Vulkan. (Someone will probably make something in the near future though)
If you want to change them, either look for old mods and try them (doubt they will work), contact the modders of said mods, ask them if they will update it any time soon, or wait for someone to come up with a way to tone down this effect.
Or, instead of antagonizing people on the forums for 6 straight hours, you could spend those 6 hours learning how to mod in No Man's Sky. You understanding the Save Editor does not represent any kind of knowledge. Anyone with basic computer knowledge of structures can understand the Save Editor in a manner of minutes.

Seriously, spending 6 hours in the forums posting non-stop, antagonizing people who enjoy the game and trolling them <> versus reading and learning how the game works and what modding tools you can use? I think the second one will do good for your obvious loneliness.
Have fun
Edit:
Or you know.. post this whole thread to No Man's Sky in their ZenDesk as a "Suggestion and Feedback".. Who knows.. maybe they will listen and they could expand the graphical options.
Well, I don't know what hurt you but you still come out like someone noone would want to listen, moralization-wise. Still, thanks for your technical part. I don't know what got you a ban but if that post is your communication trying to get understanding, I'm not very surprised, what must it be when you're angry.
Already done, with all the information and screenshots I could provide. Have a nice day ^^
Yeah, I would have offered you a mod, but last time you said "you are not obligated to use any mods, and that it is the developers' job. It would be neat if they add more graphical options, that is why they have the feedback option.
I also want the Space in No Man's Sky to be purely black, and I don't want to see those Trade Routes, but Vulkan killed all of those mods for now!
I am going to go ahead and offer you to try this mod, which is outdated but might work:

As for the other part of your answer, honestly, I couldn't care less if you wanted to "listen" or not, and I also don't seek any kind of understanding from you, or trying to prove anything to you in any way. It's funny you should say that because that is exactly what you are doing, and it is shown in your blatantly narcissistic reply.
You tend to think that everybody who calls you out or write something that you don't agree with, is "Angry" and you always jump to these conclusions that stem from assumptions that the opposite party is "Dumb, hurt and immoral". The truth is, you don't know anything about anyone. I don't know why you are trying to convince yourself otherwise in every other reply in. To me it looks like you are doing it to protect your ego. You have an interestingly weird obsession to prove to everyone how "smart", "moral" and "right" you are, every single time someone writes something you don't agree with or when someone calls you out, and you always do it by skewing words and reality.
I also found it funny how you didn't reply to my answer for several hours, but when you saw I was banned you took it to heart to try to insult me and antagonize me with your passive aggressive reply. Another time you try to prove yourself, yet projecting that to me. I honestly expected that as it fits the expression of your character perfectly.
It's not my business if you want to spend half of your day, every day, in the Steam Community Forums telling everybody about your No Man's Sky Save Editor knowledge, or pretending to help people with bogus answers so you would have a false sense of accomplishment, but what I said in my reply I really meant. If you substitute those hours for reading and practicing something technical that you find interesting, you would really achieve something real. At least more real than acting like you know everything and everybody!
Spending your life in the forums proving yourself to people you will never meet in your life is just a tremendous waste of ones life, in my opinion. In the end you are just an anonymous person sitting behind a screen, trying to do something that has no value, and trying to convince people of things that also have no value.
Have a nice and productive day at the Steam Forums!
I don't remember ever saying that, a good mod is a faster fix when devs are drowning in priorities.
So, thanks for the mod suggestion, it's nice to have an alternative to try.
As for the rest, you're making interpretations as it suits you. You don't know much about anyone either, including me, but that does not stop you to do exactly what you think I'm doing. Feel free to make assumptions as you like, I never judged you as a person, just said you're making a poor job at being fair here, maybe you're much more likeable IRL I don't know. In any case you seemingly don't mind judging. You don't know anything about my life, my job, what I do aside when I'm around here, and I don't know why I should prove you anything. However it seemed important enough for you to write all this, if it made you happy, then why not.
Have a nice day
