Worked with out problem on or any type of tweaking at all with no lag or any sort of visual issues on my GTX 1050, 1060, 1080ti series laptop/desktop computers running windows 10 pro x64.
Edit: Had to mention, you need a bare minimum of 8gb ram for the game to work on the intel HD gpu computers, with the higher end graphics i was able to run it on under 4gb of ram but with some instabilities (until i put back in a minimum of 8gb). Also the intel HD graphics, some would pop up a vulkan error. Just ignore it or acknowledge it and the game would run fine (this includes those devices being on the most updated intel graphics hd chip sets firmware).

If your integrated graphics shows Vulkan support, you will have to find the latest drivers for your specific CPU/OS and update those. Windows Update will usually not do this for you!
Note: Windows 10 64-bit will usually have new drivers with a later version of Vulkan, with older Windows versions you may be out of luck if not listed.
The Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH drivers for Intel® UHD Graphics 620 can be found here for example, but make sure your CPU/OS is supported:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126789/Intel-UHD-Graphics-620
So it is best to search for official Intel drivers specifically for your CPU. For example an Intel i3-7100U (which has Intel UHD Graphics 620), which has drivers listed here for several Windows versions:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/95442/Intel-Core-i3-7100U-Processor-3M-Cache-2-40-GHz-
Then look for the DCH drivers...
