dll files missing

Bought today, won't launch from Steam library page. Trying to run NMS.exe as admin gives error reporting MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll were not found. Saw a few fixes in the forums saying to run under Windows 7 compatibility but no luck with this.

Have verified Windows updates done, have reinstalled 3 times, still no luck.

Install all Visual C +++ libraries,
