The Game doesnt have Any Audio and Sound since start the game

hi dev, i need help so much, this bug is so severe, it affect my gameplay by a lot
no sound / audio at all, even at start loading the game
before i enter my save, i can hear a extremely small clicking sound when i click in the first menu (single player, multiplayer, quit game), and not hear any loading music at all
when my save loaded, the game completely no sound at all
already try change the sound control panel, check all my volume settings, fixing the xaudio in directx, turn off and exit my Dolby audio, check at disable fullscreen optimization, run as admin, reinstall my audio card, reinstall the game twice, everything i found in google and steam community in more than 5 days fixing this problem alone, Nothing solve this
BUT..... when i use my HDMI to my Android TV and use my bluetooth home teater speaker, the game sound WORKING PROPERLY somehow
But with my laptop build in speaker, aux headset, aux speaker, bluetooth headset, its not working at all
your helping hands is needed

At least for your Bluethooth Headset that should work :
Bluethooth Headset have normally a Stereo and Hands Free option.
Currently only the Stereo Option seems to work in NMS.

Right mouse click at the windows symbol, there choose Run and type the the following :

mmsys.cpl

This opens your Sound Control

There disable Hands Free for both Input and Output.

That did work for me
