Game won't start on steam and admin run give me error of 0xc00007b.

What can i do, i used to play this game when it was released and now its not working after new install on a brand new computer that can run any game on the market for the next few years.
when i try to run it from the folder as admin i get error massage: "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b" on win 10, any advice how to fix this ?
i try'd download the all DLL files for games like that and add it to the game folder with the exe file, but still nothing work, i really need help here, please anyone ???

That error at its core usually means a 32-bit app trying to start on a 64-bit system or vice-versa. With games it's usually because something 's missing or borked in the prerequisite software on the system.

With that in mind, I'd suggest the following:

1) Reinstall the latest version of the .NET Framework from Microsoft.

2) Reinstall the latest MSVC++ redistributable from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

3) Run Windows Update and make sure your system is fully updated.

4) If nothing else has worked, run "chkdsk c: /f /r" from an Administrator command prompt (this is a hail mary, it basically checks the disk for any problems).

i did everything u told me, framework was alredy up to date, i reinstall msvc++, all win10 is up to date, and when i try the command chkdsk its not working saying "access denied as you do not have sufficient privileges".
whats funny is on my account its say i am the admin, so i got no idea what to do.
i try'd again to run the game from the folder as admin and same bug pop up.

To run chkdsk you have to start the Command Prompt as an administrator. It may tell you you have to restart as it can't lock the disk while it's in use by the system.

Have you rebooted your system after installing updates?

I'd also suggest verifying the game's files via Steam. If you added DLL files to the game's folder, get rid of them- they could be the wrong version or the wrong architecture.

If you put 32-bit DLLs into the game's folder on a 64-bit system, even if you fixed the problem elsewhere, it would likely try to load the wrong DLL and then throw that error.

So if you've done the steps above, maybe even delete the game entirely, remove any files left in the game's folder (especially DLLs you put htere), run chkdsk, then reinstall and see if it works.

ofc i delete all the dll's files, also i did reboot my computer, and i did verify my files.

after i rund chkdsk it stuck on 12% complete, i checked it out and its common bug, i dont have time for this, its so annoy that i need to fix all those problems when the devs of this game need to do it themself.

If chkdsk didn't complete, you should let it complete. It can take a very long time if you have a big disk. Even if doesn't resolve the issue with NMS, you should probably be sure your disk is not corrupt.

For me has work to unistall the most of the older Visual C++ version`s. Than i have run the aio-runtimes_v2.4.6.exe. And now i can play the game

how i delete older visual c++ without ruin my computer and what version is the newest ?

under windows --> settings --> Programs and Software

i not a pro, but i think the problem is, that you need a older version of this. and so i have unistall and after this i have make a new install. for me has worked so.

I have not uninstalled only the two latest versions

From Visual c++? Now i have 14 difrents version of this, from 2005 to 2017
I dont know wich Version was the problem by me! But for me also not so important, because i can now play the game

Or you mean on the PC? Windows 10 64bit

I have the same issue too. Have uninstalled and reinstalled all V c++ versions, NET is up to date, other games are running fine, drivers all up to date. Haven't tried chkdsk yet though. V frustrating
