Report a translation problem
The sequence of events was 1) first system warp jump 2) got to the planet with beacon to pickup warp cell 3) got back into space and agreed to seek the atlas path as well. --> Missions now unlocked at planetary stations. Definitively triggers after the pickup of the warp cell.

This would be a spoiler if not confusing so many players.
Politely beg to differ due to playing through this today. # of warps is not the trigger. As I was able to pick up missions on my 2nd solar system/2nd warp, had 7 done before doing the 3rd jump.
