technically it's not on Steam. It was, now it's not because it was always a limited offer. People complain about FOMO, but that's always been personal. If you want it, save edit it in. It's not that big of a deal. It was free anyways. It's literally just a specially skinned exotic. That's it. A cosmetic already installed over an exotic. Most star systems in the game has an exotic of some sort. You're not missing out on anything

Fear of missing out = FOMO. Seeing something you can't have right meow or maybe never and getting bent out of shape, insisting the game give you everything including those things you haven't earned. Why do you think games and any form of ads, shopping always has an end date? It's so you feel urgency. They want you to feel the anxiety of missing out and the potential for more psychic pain caused by having that thing held back.

Your only option is to not get sucked in, but it's hard. These are professionals and we are mere humans who tend to be greedy and want it all - right meow. The more you understand the less you will be manipulated and taken in by them, or not, depending on your personal boundaries or lack of same. This topic is as much about life as it is about any one game or situation...

there is a Starborn Phoenix Ship page
The page says to go talk to someone at the station
to get the ship
I couldn't find how
So I came to ask here

Maybe you can get it from anomaly station from npc Who Changes stuff for points and give expedition rewards
So summon anomaly and check it out

Not yet but if I keep this up you might.

Try the quicksilver vendor at the anomaly. All rewards reside there if you earned them. If it's not there then wiki NMS Starborn Phoenix and read about the requirements. Only other option is learn to use the save editor and cheat it in.

The ship was available from Dec 12th until Dec 19th

It's listed as N/A (not available) at the shop page. The information is still valid for those who claimed it during the time is was offered.
