Resonance Matrix bug??

Hello, i was wondering if others are having problems on entering purple star systems??
I have the Resonance Matrix installed on my freighter ship But it says i have to install it,. I'm guessing its a bug. Is there any work around to fix this while HG fixes it

im having the same issue....got it and installed, but my jumps get interrupted stating I need one.

In a regular game, you have to finish the quest(In Stellar Multitudes) and bind the first system before you can warp to other purple systems. Otherwise you get the mentioned error message.

What quest? Where do I pick it up? I thought doing the expedition and getting the technology was the "quest"....

If you started the expedition from a fresh save, you do get everything you need without doing a quest. If you used an existing save, you have to finish several missions- Artemis series, atlas path, and the autophage mission and make the staff.

Once you have done all that you can get the stellar multitudes mission where you get the items you need to explore purple systems. Once you can do that, you can buy the freighter equivalent at the main console on the bridge.
