Non-Private Base?

I don't allow anyone to edit my base when I play multiplayer. Yet I just opened my game and discovered someone added two decorations to my base. I know it wasn't me because these were glitches I don't have and they were added right in the middle of walk ways. I also was unable to remove them.

What gives? How do I get rid of them?

that is not a feature hello games would add, its a bug or an exploit.

When you got into base edit mode can you remove them?

Is there another base computer nearby? Try reporting that base and see if the unwanted parts disappear.

Another player could simply report your base and it will disappear in their instance of the game. They can then build right where yours is.

I've been building my base for the past week. There appears to be bases close by, but not so close that they'd be on top. And if so, they aren't visible. Those that are visible are several units away still.
