Titan Expedition - Storm Crystals

I got 1 but forgot where. Can anyone reference a system with Storm Crystals?

Maybe you should look that up... it's extremely common for people to use expo as shorthand for expedition. I've never seen anyone use expe for this purpose, and NMS is far from the first game I've played that has expeditions.

I honestly couldn't care less what you think it should be...
It's been standard practice to use expo as shorthand for expedition for as long as I can remember them being a thing in games... you can use whatever you prefer, but you wont be changing my use of the term

Also, who would use exp to mean anything but experience (points) when talking about games? Did you even think before suggesting that one?

And afaik, you have to get out of the minotaur to actually collect the crystals anyway...

No need to exit the Minotaur to collect storm crystals.

And it's simply far easier to wait and do that one. Correct you MIGHT do it on foot, might not as well.

I certainly can, you have to be within reaching distance but it works with most things. Tech modules for example.

hmm, haven't used it for awhile, does it still destroy them if you step too close? If so, then getting to the sweet spot to open them would be very awkward

Same here, except I use the minotaur as little as possible so I don't have a lot of experience.

Nobody ever calls at that and it doesn't make sense to call it that. I've been through all 17 Expeditions and until this one I've never once seen anybody call it an expo

Did you even think that no man's sky does not have experience points at all? What else would exp refer to? Especially if people are saying "the current exp" or "exp 17". Besides, I gave other options.

NMS is not the only game. I didn't come up with that shorthand myself, I picked it up from other games where expeditions are a central activity, and everyone called them expos.
That's the last I'll waste my time discussing it. If you have a problem with it you can keep it to yourself. It's your problem, not mine. And it has literally nothing to do with the thread.

This was the case previously, you could collect some of the Milestone collectibles like Storm Crystals from other sources like Derelict Freighter looting, but they wouldn't count towards the objective.

It's worked for some missions though, such as the gather 4 hypnotic eyes mission in one of the recent expos
