Inverted Mirror

I'm having a hard time restocking my Inverted Mirror inventory. How do I acquire such a Mirror?

Visit a planet with corrupted guardians. These planets are found exclusively in Dissonant star systems.
Search for the planet with corrupted sentinels. You can recognize them, besides the description, by the purple crystals on the surface.
There you look for purple poles, similar to buildings, in the landscape and destroy them. Then you get your mirrors

You can also obtain stacks of 10 Mirrors when clearing out those (yellow icon) "Harmonic scrap" objects. <- note: there is always one at the back of crashed Sentinel ship and one located inside the tent at Harmonic camps.

They can also be found on a corrupted planet just laying on the ground (use your visor)
