Game Crashes on Launch, Problem With nvcuda64.dll

So, I just bought the game and it won't launch. It loads for a few seconds on an invisible full screen then crashes every time.

I've tried reinstalling, updating drivers and all other basic troubleshooting procedures. There was another thread here recently that had this same problem, I applied all the fixes I found there fruitlessly, and it was eventually fixed by reinstalling Windows, but I'd like to avoid doing that. I'm having this issue with Arkham knight, switched from nvidia to amd. I've tried so much, idk what to do
