Aeron Turbojet Bug

So I went to the harmonic site thingies where you can get sentinel multitools, and proceeded to solve the puzzle. I've done this 5 times, yet I was never given the Aeron Turbojet.
That's really it. The jetpack was not awarded after the requirements were met, and now I seem to be hardlocked from getting it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it? Would it be possible to give the jetpack to myself through save editting?

you prolly did get the jetpack, but you have to apply it in the appearance modifier.

You should have received it on the first. Also it is not an item, but an appearance option. Only accessible from the appearance modifier.

It happened to me too, until now it has not been unlocked, and in the log it shows me that the mission was not really completed, even though I was in more than 10 camps unlocking the multitools
