Crashing like it did after Fractals Update

I was hoping that Interceptor might have fixed whatever was ailing my game, but alas it did not. It was crashing during startup in the starfield loading screen in 'Borderless' or 'Fullscreen'. Today, I finally got time to log in and try Interceptor, and it got past the starfield loading screen and I showed up on my freighter.... and then it crashed.

No error from the game, no error in Steam. Only this from Windows Event Viewer. Any thoughts?
