GAME CRASHES EVERY TIME I WARP TO THE SAME SYSTEM

so every time i try and warp to the system my game just crashes, so now i can't even complete the living ship side quest and i don't know how to fix it

UPDATE: I manged to find the quest marker in a new system so I have of now completed my living ship quest

You may have a look into your windows Event Viewer for more Info about that crash.
WIN+X will open that windows list, there start the Event Viewer and
expand Windows Logs and look under Application for warnings with a timestamp of that crash.

Can you help me translate this since its the only thing that pops up for me on event viewer after i crash?

Any MOD´s installed ?
Which GPU do you have and whats the GPU Driver Version ?

honestly thats the only thing that pops up on event viewer consistently when i crash. No mods installed, and Radeon RX 570 series Driver: 23.4.1

Any Streaming Software installed ?
Like OBS .. Twitch..
Or Overwolf ?

I'm running an RX 550 on 23.4.1 and not having issues. So may not be GPU/driver problem.

Does this mean you have CurseForge installed .. makes the same problem as Overwolf

Same here! Just updated to interceptor and now I'm stuck on a planet, every time I try to warp through my portal to any space station, the game crashes n I'm back to desktop. There doesn't seem to be any crash files anywhere I've looked either. Submitted a bug report with a video because idk what else to do. I have OBS & Curseforge installed but they weren't running. No mods, drivers all up to date, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. Never had an nms crash on this pc before this update, although I haven't played since January.

You said you hadn't played since January before yes? If you are loading a save from that time It may be crashing because the fractal update added information tracking to most object including planets, such as biggest planet visited, hottest temperature on a planet, etc. - Older saves would not have that data So it might be breaking because its looking for data that doesn't exist in that save file.

I would try starting a fresh game and see if the problem persists.

So my 20 hours in the game are all gone because of an update and I have to start from scratch?! Am I misunderstanding or? If thats the case I ain't playing again :(

OBS and Curseforge installed ? Thats a real worst case combination...
Uninstall both (yes they will make problem , even they are not launched) and your crashes will be gone...

And whats your Driver Version ?

I don't understand that, can u explain? I can't find anything online saying having an app installed can cause a crash when warping in nms, and I've had OBS installed far longer than I've had nms, this crash has only started since the last update. My nvidia driver version is 30.0.15.1236

Your driver is not up2date, pls follow this steps
Go to
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Fill out the formular with your data
http://prntscr.com/101avf4 (thats just an example)

And choose a GRD (Game Ready Driver
Download the file and double klick on it ... The installation will start

It´s up to you to follow my advise or not
