bug? portal won't charge/activate?

hey all --- so this is for the Primary Mission: The First Traveller - Learn the Glyph Sequence for this planet. I have found the Triscrill Fragment and charged it with all resources needed ..... and then nothing. is this a bug? am i missing something. i have never had this problem before with portals.

Triple check all of the glyphs. Most likely one or more of them just need like 1 more sodium/carbon/copper. We've all done it. EDIT: For whatever reason, you can click on the glyph and have plenty of stuff to have charged it, but it only half charges, or charges all but 1 or whatever. So you think you've done them all, but it's not done.

Double check that all of the glyphs are definitely fully charged, one or more might be charged to about 90 percent or so if you ran out of resources when charging then up.

ACK! ty --- i must have gone too fast around the circle --- i had to hover my mouse over the resource square for 3 or 4 seconds before i could find the one that was missing but sure enough it popped up. thanks!
