The only thing I've seen envoys accept that aren't explicitly listed are treasures. it will add them at the bottom of the list if you have them in your inventory (might just be explorer envoys that this works with though)
i also find that if i have stacks of what they want in each of my suit, ship, and freighter inventories, i can give them 3x each from all three of my inventories... doing this, i generally get 9 increases for each item i donate...
eg: they want Living Pearls... i make sure i have at least 9 available, 3x in each inventory and then i give 3x from each of them...
you're going to do these linear donation runs anyway, though... i just do the max (3x) amount each time... if i have only 1x or 2x of something they want in my inventories, i'll hold it until i have more... at least 9, 3x in each inventory, and hopefully more by the time i go back...
