Exo Skiff Grill Bug
I read somewhere that this was supposedly fixed with the 5.54 patch, but I'm still getting it. I didn't see anything in the patch notes about it either. Is this being worked on?

What's your bug doing? So many bugs, so little time to ruminate over totally unexplained ones.

Everything's a BUG. See? I even put it in capital letters to show how important it is..

It's the same issue that's been posted by others early in February on this forum. Things disappearing and reappearing in the input and output slots, creating broken technology items in the inventory that can't be removed, repaired or used, duplicating items in the input and output slots instead of combining them, etc. One of the threads on the Steam forum mentioned that it would be fixed along with the cooler storage issue with the next patch. The cooler works correctly now, but the grill still seems to have problems.

Pasting this information in your initial post would have been helpful - then also sending it to the HG Zendesk. Indeed I have had it happen. Followed my own advise and imagine somewhere in HGLand some employee is busy working on a solution even as we speak. When writing up a post, giving your gentle readers all the information they might need right up front can be a useful skill for when you get a job...

I didn't think the issue was that obscure. It appeared in threads on this forum over a month ago and an internet search turned up in several other gaming forums with no resolution. Since some folks here seem to have an inside track with Hello Games (or imply that they do) I figured i'd ask. Didn't realize I was bringing up something unheard of. Thanks for responding, though.
I don't see a point to using the grill. none of the good recipes use fish, and you can only cook one thing at a time (I have 5 on my base where I make stellarators)

On the contrary, many of the fish recipes give good breathing perks.

I'll have to look into it but I'm not usually underwater for that long and that's what the Nautilon is for

i rarely to never use the Nautilion... i can swim faster than it can go, i'm easier to control, i don't destroy things when i run into them... the only thing i need the Nautilion for is its radar/sonar for those times it is required in some missions...

with the above said, i will note that now, after Worlds Pt 2 dropped, i do find the Nautilion fairly useful for those planets with deeeeeep water... i do also have the tech to dive deep so that's no problem...
Nautilon looks nice parked in its new home near the shore. Extremely useful eye candy. Not worth ♥♥♥♥ for anything else except the occasional radar but I have hundreds of maps that need using so, meh. Swimming is way more fun once your save is all buffed up, no matter the depth. YMMV
Grill is broken. Don't use it.
