Is there any way to get previous expedition rewards?
So my interest in NMS has been very on and off but I completed the Titan and Loop expedition and I know how to get those rewards on new saves but is there any way for me to get any rewards or items from the expeditions I didn't participate in or am I just ♥♥♥♥ out of luck unless I cheat

All expeditions, even the oldest ones, can be launched from the Anomaly office... So you can pick up as many specific items as possible via the transfer at the end of the expedition ....

Progression through the stages preserved so that rewards can only be obtained when the objectives have been reached in order to earn them ...
After all, we're hero explorers! We are Brave and Fearless Hero Travellers ...
No need for CheatMode

It's a directory of [SEASON_DATA_CACHE.json] files, allowing you to relive past No Man's Sky Expeditions as they were when they were released. Introduced with the Expeditions update, this mode features a series of time-limited events that begin at a fixed point in the universe. This allows the community to "embark on a shared journey". Each expedition is built around a series of milestones. These objectives can be achieved in any order, allowing players to obtain specific rewards, meet other players and experiment with different ways of playing.

Here is the directory of the REDUX versions of Expeditions, the latest stable versions offered by HelloGames. It is preferable to load the Redux versions. The content is almost identical and the rewards are strictly the same.

Individual expedition settings files can be customized

I have been doing all the old expeditions the last month, just finished 11 voyagers this morning.

Game play wise, its less cheaty, since there are no player bases identifying things you need to find.

Mhmm, sure, but simply turning off multiplayer gets rid of that aspect entirely :]

Multiplayer is what sets this apart from official expeditions, so if your playing with multiplayer off, then there is no difference. Personally i prefer multiplayer on, but the availability of official expeditions is severely limited, so i take what i can get.

No it doesn't. All player bases and markers are visible even when Multiplayer is turned off. You have to put NMS offline to ensure no other player markers are visible.

The Offline method of running previous expeditions that I linked in reply #1 simply restores backed up copies of the time limited configuration file and adjusts the timestamps to ensure it can be played.
Due to the continual updates to the game, some of them have also required some tweaks to the objectives, in the same way that HG themselves make adjustments when they make official Redux versions of the Expeditions. The CWMonkey github page explains most of the required changes they make to the original files pretty well.

While there was some hope that the introduction of the Anomaly Terminus may mean that HG would make all prior expeditions (or at least modified Redux versions of them) available at all times, that hope has not borne any fruit. I'm sure they will continue to run regular Redux seasons where you can officially catch up on some of the ones you may have missed, but these are unlikely to include ALL previous Expeditions.

Yeah, that's what I should've said to be more precise, my bad.

it isn't, the actual goals are the same aside from community ones which are typically changed to something actually doable. (and community ones may or may not have you participate in a large way anyway)

the hope is that one day they'll add in an expedition menu and let the old ones be done whenever, but in the meantime that is the only option to get them without cheating as it simply restores access to do the content rather than completing it for you or giving an edge in doing so

and given the weird aspect of markers, comm orbs etc you end up with less rather than more meaning you have to explore to get things done (and frankly is a better way to do most but esp adrift than even when it was live or the redux...adrift was peak)

Fair arguments tbh, guess the lack of community, communication and whatnot balances any concerns i have
This game is effectively single-player anyways. While going to the anomaly always reminds me that people use the save editor to excess, it also has never once actually impacted my gameplay or the enjoyment or it.
The only way to do it without cheating is Redux Expeditions which come back occasionally
