MacBook Pro M3 Max - Apple Silicon Question

I purchased this when cross-save came out to move over my save file from my ps5. New to gaming on Mac and wanted to know if any other Mac users have drilled down to what the best settings are for the M3 Max? Currently on the 36gb unified ram model.

Noticed a video on YouTube that had some okay settings but back when HDR was not available. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!

I'm on a macbook air m1 with all settings it allows on ultra, its running great no issues. Wondering if the better screen you have changes the load..game looks WAAAY NICER on my PS5 though.
