Can't buy game after playing demo
Not sure if this should be in the bug forum or what but is this happening to anyone else?

to me as well it say's I own the game but i don't I just took the demo.

It might be the case you need to wait for the "free" period to finish after which you'll be able to purchase.

I had this issue with another game on steam where having the Demo installed counted as me owning the full game during the limited duration, so i couldnt buy it till after the weekend.

In either case, welcome aboard, you have plenty of fun filled hours exploring the universe ahead =)

Go to your purchase history here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
Find No Man's Sky in the list and see if there is a "Remove" link. If so, click it to remove the free license from your account. This will allow you to buy the game.

There isn't, bit upsetting since I want to play the actual game not just the expedition. Bought the game on release day ages ago and want to see what's happened to it since. Will contact support and see if they can do anything.

Unfortunate that "comment analysis" is stuck on your reply. Anyway...

That was going to be my next suggestion. Just be warned, between the various themed mini-sales and the weekend coming up, you might have to be patient. This would fall under billing and purchase support, so average wait time is currently up to almost 13 hours: https://store.steampowered.com/stats/support/

Probably stuck because I used the word upsetting lmao. I contacted them , sale is on for a while so at worst I'll be able to get it after the trial is over hopefully.

To fix this: go to support/games/no mans sky and remove from account.
