But with the above quote, the first thing I'd check is rolling back to the previous driver and see if it still happens. I have heard some complaints re: current nvidia driver, but as always that is just going to vary from user to user and game to game with any driver change.
572.83 drivers are ok for me.

I'd look into overlays as being the cause as well, fpsmonitor, twitch, obs, discord, etc.
Mine went from 165fps down to 15fps since the update.
Im running a 3060ti Founders Edition with a i5 13600 - DDR5 6000 RAM
also frame generation is still broken and not working... if i enable it my fps go down to 40 and it becomes a stuttery mess
And I only mentioned it because Dragozool did post that it does not work
There is no crash issue currently with the 572.83 drivers, FrameGen works, although I would say it does give me some occasional stutter so I tend to keep it off. Also refer to reply #4 above.
