Multiplayer acting weird

I Recently I noticed that I can no longer see other bases that aren't mine. reset my game thinking that it would fix but it did not. I also am only able to see a selected few number of people, when I say that I mean it just straight up doesn't show some players.

Has anybody else had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

I noticed something similar....
In multiplayer mode I can see through the portal, but I don't see the "base icons floating" over the planets and I also couldn't travel to the ones that appeared through the portal.
This happened after I reinstalled the game yesterday, to start the expedition event.
It may be a temporary. But I've decided that I'll remove and reinstall the game (again) soon.
