Child of Aquarius bugged?
The rare fishing catch that gets you the boss summons, that gets you the jellyfish tank helmet is not working. I finally got one. Defeat the boss, but I don't get the cosmetic :(
Have tried reload and re-fight. No luck.

Any work arounds?

You're supposed to get a title, at which point the helmet will appear under the listing for, I believe, Anomaly race. The helmet isn't universal.

Yes, I have gotten 3 of the fish tank heads so far, and each time there is a prompt saying you have the cosmetic available now. I checked the appearance modifier just in case I just missed it, but it is not available.
