PSA if your compass icons go missing (Ship, Station, Base, North, and so on)

Putting this here in case anyone else run into this problem.

I've recently run into an issue where I had a base in a system and for some reason if I was in that particular system the Ship, Space Station, and other icons would no longer appear.
I tried removing stuff that has icons (plants, fishing traps, and so on) as well as moving my freighter around as some others have suggested but that didn't seem to resolve the issue.

What finally fixed it was checking with all of the base NPCs that are stationed at terminals (Overseer, Agriculture, Exocraft, and so on) and doing some of their remaining missions.
In hindsight this issue having something to do with these NPC missions somewhat fits with some folks being able to work around it by moving their freighter around, as I'd suspect those folks might have their base NPCs on their freighter.

Anyway, I didn't find this particular solution to this here (maybe I missed it trying to search around) so I figured I'd post it here in case someone else ends up running into this issue.
