I clicked on the Steam Icon to claim the Phoenix Starborn Ship, where does one claim it in game? Its not in Exp, or Quick Silver sections.

It appears as a 4th option at the Quicksilver vendor. You may have to wait a few minutes and restart your game after claiming it on the Steam Store before that option shows up (I did).

If it isn't showing in the game, make sure you actually claimed it on the right place here on Steam. You need to have visited this page and clicked the big green button to add it to your steam library.

no worries, nms/steam made it confusing. it's an actual product in the steam store you purchase for free. if you did that then you should get the additional option in the quicksilver store in game to add it for 1600 nanites to your ship inventory.

[Seven of Secrets]

Unfortunately, my Steam glitches out whenever I try to claim it.
Oh well, I guess I've got enough ships already haha.
