gas giants

dropped a base computer and teleporter in a cave on a gas giant....can teleport to it but cant access the compuiter, its gone, only the icon remains way above the sopt i dropped it on also the telporter is gone too, i didnt manipulate the ground in any way...bug? or ever changing gas giant?

I went back to a base yesterday as well, and found my base I had built on a platform over a water hole, was now barely level with the ground (all platforming and stairs underground now) and mostly underwater, and there was now a HUGE body of water on the plnaet! :)

I think they redid the Gas Giants so there can be large bodies of water for fishing and such, where before it was all just underground caves and ponds.

yea that must be what happened, i tried digging everywhere to find ant remnants of what i put down but nothing and as i tried to approach the icon for the computer it would zoom away, i wanted to delete it and now my ocd is triggered lol

New content is buggy, careful. I made a ocean base. It dissapeared. I reloaded, still gone.... made a new house to test it.... saved/reloaded gone again. I even dove down to the bottom directly below.... no Computer base. There is some "base clearing' mechanic behind the curtains that should NOT be running.

I'd wait for the cycle of bug fixes to complete before 'settling down'.
