Stellar Multitudes part 2 quest

So after making the atlantid drive, i've come to realization I cannot find my way back to the 'restored' system. I've jumped through all available space stations to no avail, either there was no space station nearby or I went inside anomaly and teleported myself somewhere else. Question: is there any way to reset the quest system now? AFAIK I am not the only one with this issue, yet found no solution for this. Any pointers appreciated.

if you can find the Atlas system where you were when you spawned the Purple system, look around and see if it is close to a System that you have been to... the Purple System should be within one or two hops of that Atlas System...

If you lost the system, like a lot of us, then as far as I can tell there's little to no chance you'll find it. Some have said that the mission target actually silently changed. I dunno.

There's also no way to restart the mission. I assume this is a bug and I suggest reporting the bug here https://hellogames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us as it's unlikely they keep up with the threads on Steam's forums.

Thank you for your answer, i'll keep hopping systems since I have an extremely vague idea where I lost it and hope for a reset.
