S class staff Help

Has anyone see any terminals the have s and the the planet economy or conflict matter

I have 2 S class staffs currently. 1 Legit that i got right off the bat and the second was through some bugs.

So the head of each staff changes the whole staff color and gives you the class rank whenever you toss the head on. When you go to assemble back out assemble another staff with a different staff head back out go back to that same head you first tried and it will be a different color and some times a different rank.

The Seed for the terminal is locked to that staff head when you first get there but when you swap around it bugs out. Also fun facts getting out of the terminals then moving to the side and accessing the terminal gets you different seeded staffs after the initial creation and backing out. If your having that much trouble i'd recommend this if you don't care as much about a legit S class terminal find however this can also take some time and it gets annoying. i just did it for giggles to see if it would work.


If you don't already know you want to make sure the economy is 3 stars or.. Pirate owned? i have not really tried the piracy area's as much so i can't confirm.

You can look up on reddit and possibly get a Seed with an S rank from someone if your also just looking to cheese it.

You can also just visit some pirate systems, buy all the "suspicious tech/arms" open em up and sell for nanites. I find this more fun than gathering mold, but there's plenty of other ways to get massive amounts of nanites fast.

Guidelines for staff construction worked like a charm for me. It took oh, less than ten attempts at the autophage's terminal.

However - be SURE you have a throwaway multi-tool or an empty slot because when that S class pops up, IF you exit the construction of your new staff to swap to a different weapon you as the weapon to replace, you WILL lost that S Class combination.

This happened to me - so be sure you are prepared for that S Class staff!

Get out one of the expedition reward staves, and if necessary promote it.

The Relics one with the floppy skull head is creepy, though.
