1) Uninstall NVidia GE
2) Use NVidia Control Panel, the NVidia App or both (depending on what you need them for)
And are you launching FROM Geforce Experience? I couldn't get RDR2 to launch from the NVidia App a few days ago, but it launched just fine from Steam. (Not sure if it had to do with me applying the DLSS Override.)
I didn't get the same exact message, but it was similar.
I'm not 100% certain what you did. Did you try to LAUNCH the game from Geforce Experience?

I also still use NVidia Control Panel but you might not need to.
Make a SYSTEM RESTORE point prior to any changes.
He literally said the ERROR says Geforce Experience so why would it not matter? That's why I recommended he uninstall it and try the NVidia App instead.
I've used it and I'm pretty sure you just open the program from ANY link you'd normally use, such as Steam.
Then the in-game DLSS version should be replaced with the latest DLSS version that the game supports. Or whatever is relevant based on the NVidia App settings you chose.
(I'm 99% sure, the only reason there's any doubt is that there's no indicators AFAIK. But it should LOOK slightly different and the FPS should change slightly depending on your hardware.)
The NVidia Control Panel is also supposed to be phased out, but they just haven't replaced everything yet.
