Puzzle : its fixed in experimental version
It seems going into the settings and changing the settings, like the Anti Aliasing and confirming the change will fix the black pixels for about a hour in my case.
Yes, the issue is a AMD only issue and updating graphics drivers do not fix the issue either so before someone suggests it, no that wont work to fix the problem.
have a 7900 xtx
In the meantime the best workaround I found if it is a problem to play the game is to go into the settings, disable the TAA, and continue playing while enabling and disabling TAA as the problem pops up when unwanted.
I would love to mark this as the topic answer so it is more visible to everyone but Steam does not allow me to mark my own comments.
Fix you can try. There's a beta out, so on steam go to the game in library, right click and pick properties, choose BETA, code is '3xperimental' for private beta. The problem of black pixels and fix is listed in this beta version apparently
Seems to have worked for me, but I also have a problem where I have a blacked out planet that's also a quest location. That wasn't fixed, so I'm still stuck. Played around for 10 minutes and the NPC issue stayed ok, but didn't try it out longer as I'm still softlocked on the quest as can't see.
