Unable to craft Heart of the Sun/Remembrance

Whelp, after many hours of online searching for other clues or other reported my situation, I've come to a dead end.

Here's the run down:
With the new worlds update, I am unable to craft the Heart of the Sun for the Remembrance relic due to not having the blueprints.

Looking online, this comes from completing the Atlas Path Missions line.
Now, my save has been around from Day 1.
I had completed this path early however, at no point did I ever had to collect or gain the Atlas Seeds. (Believe this was added post Atlas update)

Took a game break for a while.

Returning, I fully completed (including sub quests) The autophage quest line and Artemis story line (continued at about 50%) before the update, and reached the center to reset the galaxy. After collecting the 16 tablets for the portals.

Currently, I am unable to find a way to get these blueprints.
I really do not want to start a new save and lose everything built and gained from Day 1.

There seems to be recommendations about different ways of talking with Polo to reset this, but nothing works.

When I talk with him, I only get 2 options. One to find the Atlas station and the other a blackhole.

When I pick the blackhole, it will give me a secondary quest popup and to go find it.
When I pick the Atlas, it gives nothing. No quest log or popup.

I have been to many Atlas stations but I only get prompts to leave and nothing to do. Also I've tried to go the center of the galaxy to reset but can't because I need the the same Atlas Seeds now to do it?

I also have no other primary missions besides the "New Beginnings". No secondary missions.

Any tips or thoughts would be great

You could use a save editor to unlock the atlas seed blueprint as well as the prerequisites for it (it's an entire chain of recipes)

i would absolutely file an issue at HG's Zendesk... especially since this is a Day 1 save... fixing the save is easy enough by adding the missing keys... having the code provide a method to do this would be much better and safer than manually fixing all the other saves in this same situation...
