Seem to have bugged out the tutorial mission
Seem to have bugged out the tutorial mission, the one where you have to go to the same place a bunch of times.

I went the first time, to read the message, and decided to build a base nearby, and a teleporter.

Went back to my Base because there was a new mission on my base computer, and was told that there was another mission with more corrupted data at certain coordinates and to find them on the galaxy map.
Of course, they're the SAME Coordinates, so instead, I just teleported to my base, walked to the place where the coordinates would be, removed some slime from the console, and got nothing.

Went into space above the planet and the icon is right there in the system, meaning I'm in the right place.
But now the game has no clue what to do.

Flew back to my home system, landed, saved the game, reloaded the game, got in my ship, and flew to the system with the icon.

All I get is the same "Find the system in your galaxy map" message.
So now I can't proceed any farther in that line of missions.

The icon may be in the system, but is an icon on the building you went to? I've been sent to multiple, different buildings on the same planet in the past. Also been sent to different planets and/or different stars for parts of the mission.

The icon is in the system in the Galaxy map, but when I go to the system, it's nowhere to be found.
I don't even get that Orange } looking icon in the system. It only shows on the galaxy map.
It's like the mission isn't recognizing that I'm looking at the galaxy map, and warping there.
