Main quest, the sentinel companion quest and the auto phage quests. Afterwards you’ll get notification for it. It’s an “end game” thing.

any idea what the other quests are? ik the three main and i have a character in eissennham? just kind of confusing cause i thought atlas path if finished but it still pops up now

Gee... it's almost as if Hello Games accidentally rewarded those who have been playing for a long time, eh? It isn't like they would actually do something like that on purpose.

How are the graphics quests locked???

Purple systems are, but that's not graphics...
Autophage were already quest locked too, so it's not like it's the first time they've added such content.

Afaik, you need the Remembrance and Star Seed (or equivalent) equipped and have done the autophage story mission, then you will get a random encounter while pulsing...

The completed Atlas path gives a repeating option to submit a wonder... (or at least it does for me), but the path is still completed once you get the Star Seed

Yup, exactly this. It asks for one of two items from those missions. I logged into the game to check out the update and all it took was pulsing. I was in a dissonant system also. Not sure if that matters.

Note that the Autophage quest is a quest added in an update that you won't be aware of unless you stumble over it or look up on the internet. If you haven't been playing all the updates, this is the one you're probably missing.
