I load my file and immediately after the logo pops up it tries to load me in and crashes on a white screen.

Rename that file: sl.pcl.dll in Binaries

i switched the whole graphics settings to Standard - i have UWQHD display and now my save game does not crash anymore.
4080Super, latest driver here.

maybe something with the latest driver AND NMS is not working correctly if we use DLSS and more higher features of the driver

For me it helped when i changed the dlss files in nms. I take the new dlss files from Cyberpunk. Since then it runs very smooth.
