Strange dreadnought colors?

I just got my first dreadnought, but i have been noticing that the belly and the entry/exit for ships has some strange color pattern.

I chose black and dark green for the colors, but whatever i do, these colors keep sticking around.

Any way to get them off? Have seen other dreadnoughts with similar color patterns (but other colors, like pink and teal) so i am wondering if its intended

just noticed that it is not just on the dreadnought, have seen similar markings on the space stations too.
friend of mine confirmed that he also sees it, so its appearently not hardware related

IDK about the belly, buy the hangar/bridge section has never worked with the color customization settings, thus forcing me to either use a palette that complements the default palette, or to get a boat that is magnitudes bigger, thus allowing all other parts to drown out the obligatory (and equally run-of-the-mill) bridge/hangar section.
