Having the same issue, using Oculus Quest 3 via Steam VR > Virtual Desktop. Have you found a working solution to this?

Thanks for the tip, but didn't help me. I have similar issue as OP, game works fine in normal mode but doesn't load saved not create new in VR. I've tried setting graphics to lowest, standard with no AA.

I solved my issue in a way. Reinstalling my nvidia drivers appears to fix the problem. The problem may return for some reason, then you need to reinstall the drivers again. After installing the latest drivers 572.70 , it's seems to fixed the issue for good. Didn't had to reinstall the drivers for a few days now.

It's intemittent. It works perfectly for hours then you log back in and it goes to poop. Then it works then it doesn't. Today it did it in 2500 settings, minimised game when i maximised game again bam gone to poop. It's wierd. How can a game work perfectly, not, perfectly, not. Then targeted locations are disappearing and sometimes you get there and they are invisible or non existent. Game is unplayable today. I updated drivers too which i thought solved it but nooooope! 2 locations have disappeared when i get close to them today. SORT YOUR GAME OUT HG PLEASE! I played in 3800 setting perfectly last night for hours and today it's doing what it did before but in 2500 settings?????
