Please don't tell me they did this crap to the upgrade mod vendors too...
Took me nearly 15 warps to find two Humboldt Drive mods, sometimes it's just too flippin hard to find any single mod and when you do find one, saving and reloading is the only decent way to get 3 of them unless you're not in a hurry, because God only knows when you're gonna see the next one.
Luckily, they didn't. Upgrade vendors still restock upon reload.
But the guild envoys didn't restock even after 24 hours for me. Getting cargo augmentations is going to be a real pain from now on
I don't know the timing on restock to answer the original question. There was some debate about frigate resets a couple months ago, but I don't recall that ever being solved.
The guild upgrade was a good idea, but wildly unbalanced.
I wish we could buy freighter slots like ship slots, even if they are absurdly expensive.
I kind of like having one of the expansions difficult to get, personally.
I could probably get on board with paid class upgrades though. As soon as I got an A class & a couple modules, I don't warp in my boat anymore.
Although when I do, I almost guaranteed get a freighter or pirate battle. Got one yesterday opening up the purple star - the star was too far for my ship, but not the freighter, so I got caught in the middle system. For an ugly C class.
Edit: for the wildly unbalanced part, it really wasn't... until we found the exploit. Even then I never used it. I'd redeem them if I had to go back, but I never did the back-n-forth to stock up on them. If I wanted to do that, I'd probably just dupe them. But I don't even do that for regular play. I've only duped to learn how & on brand new saves to test bugs/problems.
