How to Get to the new Purple Systems.

Same. I already had all the prerequisite missions completed long before the update released. I've tried warping and pulsing and cannot get the new mission to trigger.

Correction! I've just found that my autophage secondary missions aren't done. I'm running through these now and will report if I'm now able to access the mission.

Ridiculous that there's so many hoops to jump through just to access the new content...

I'm not sure if I just got lucky but I assumed I needed to talk with Atlas to start the new quest, as I had no idea. I went to a system with the Atlas station and spoke with Atlas, then when I left that station I warped in that same system to head to one of the planets and then I got the message that there was something hailing me or something to that effect and I stopped and thats where the mission started. Sorry if thats a bit vague, I don't want to spoil anything but I'd try going to an Atlas station system and talking with Atlas and then warping around a bit in that same system. I do believe you have to have the autophage (spelling?) quest done but I'm not 100% on that.

**Edit: From what I'm reading in some of the other posts, you do need to have the Atlas and Autophage questlines complete before you can start this one, which I did have completed.

I have it all done and been to Atlas. I’ve spent the last 5 hours trying everything to no avail. Thanks for the suggestion though.

are you in a dissonant system? because i read it's also one of the prerequisites is to do the pulse searching in one of those.

How do you tell if those aren't done? Its been so long since i did them.

Pretty frustrating when you have around 400 hours between PS5 and PC And it’s literally been years since you've done most of these missions trying to figure out what your missing.

I cant remember at this point. Its been so long. Been to a bunch of different galaxies at this point. Im in Eissentam right now.

Honestly I was just checking to see if you knew what I was talking about, which you obviously do. I didn't watch the video - the thumbnail alone makes me want to kick his nuts into his throat - so I have no idea what was suggested there.

Yup indeed, turns out for me that finishing The Atlas Path quest chain, (I had completed the Autophage quests) initiated the start of the new quest line for the purple systems.
I found that once all the other parts are done, you have to be in a dissonant system for the Autophage craft to show up and the new In Stellar Multitudes quest to appear.

I had done the Atlas Path quests but I hadn't finished the Autophage quests. I specifically finished Prayers of the Machine (was the last bit I had to do) and then when I pulsed, the new quest triggered. So its not just the Atlas Path. Its also the Autophage stuff.

The quest wont pop. Everything ive read you just pulse jump until it shows. Doesn't happen for me. No purple stars in my future.
