How deep have you got?

I have managed to get to 1384u deep.
I wonder how deep other folk have got, and who has got the deepest yet!

Haven't been able to even make it to the purple system.
My mission bugged out when I created my system and now it won't continue.

Zero. Cause still doing these Autophage quests..... Love havin it tell me to go find something and provide no icon, waypoint or clue beyond ( Do the thing! ). Guess I just... randomly scan space now & hope I can get some weird CPU thing to finally show up.

I found a planet that was literally nothing but ocean, not even a single visible island, but I didn't have access to the nautilon at the time so I went back after like 10 minutes. I don't remember how deep I was. I definitely want to build a base there later

I have made it to 1470u.
It was said on the promo vid 'Several Kilometres' deep....
(gotta be 3/4k deep or so? at least...)
I have searched for a 'Water Giant' to no avail,,,
So, they are either rarer than unicorn doings or somebody is bull$hitting us...

Can anybody claim to have been deeper than 2000u or more?

Look for "Tiadl" or "Waterlocked" worlds. You probably need to have done the new quest and may need to be in a dissonant system

I have a base you can likely find listed to take you to 1200 or so, but be aware your life is drained very fast, and the sub is bugged because you die in it too, you are being crushed.

I haven't reported it, hopefully someone has but I cant imagine how long life support lasts at 4k if 1.2k can wipe your maxed life support in a minute even in sub. Lucking a base stops it if you actually have time to drop one LOL

Yeah but bases are bugged too. I built a deepwater chamber, and now it won't let me place anything that doesn't have fixed "docking" points (furniture etc just passes through the ground and says "not a valid placement")
