OPTIMIZATION

What about optimization? After landing on the planet, fps was equal to 30, after returning to space it became 50. And it was 90 in all conditions (This is my limitation in the game itself). Video card - RTX 4060

I don't blame you but just in case you want to play, try cutting your resolution down and cutting off frame generation or if you have it, let geforce optimize the game THEN cut the rez down and cut off Frame generation.
I was having the same experience as you and now my game is playable and doesn't look choppy/stuttery. Hope that helps.

I may have some advice here. First make sure your drivers are updated for your GPU, second since we're having Nvidia mentioned specifically go into Device Manager and expand Sound, video, and game controllers. In there you should see two NVIDIA audio drivers. Now unless you are sending sound through your video cable I want you to disable those Nvidia audio drivers. Load the game back up and check your FPS again.

Yes Nvidia High Definition Audio drivers are a known to have an issue that will kill your FPS.

Quick note Nvidia audio drivers used to be bad. But we're talking several years ago. I use their audio driver thru hdmi to my 55" tv. It's not really needed any more but you can use nvcleanstall and select advanced option to Disable Nvidia HD Audio device sleep timer. This is the fix to hd audio driver hangs.

nvidia drivers 572.16 released 2 days ago or was it yesterday well it's a dog. Go back to 566.45 or 566.36 or better yet 566.14.

Here's 572.16 at work below. Takes a bit to get it to work correctly though.
