How Do I get the Minotaur Flame Thrower?

Where do I get the blueprint for this? It is not on Space anomaly. I can not seem to find it. Can Anyone help?

It is at the quicksilver merchant. It was originally a reward for Expedition 14, so you might need to have done that expedition to unlock it. If so, that is the redux that is running right now (until January 8th?), so you will still be able to get it this weekend even if you missed the original run.

Yeah, as I remember it was an odd ball cross save reward that you pick up for free from the quicksilver side of the items. Not sure why they put it in that pile, but it does not cost QS.

Edit: It is kind of underwhelming as a weapon. Might be great for action photos but I was not impressed by it as a functional weapon.

Liquidator right arm. Get it from the current expedition.
If for some reason you ended the expedition early you can get it from the quicksilver guy.
