Having trouble with the mission "Prayers of the Machine"

Without wanting to spoil the whole mission, I'll cut to the part of the mission where it got buggy, which is basically at the end, where your final task is to go back to the anomaly and "Consult with Nada". So I started to talk with Nada and he only gives you the general reply, when you wouldn't have any missions/quests related to him. After the conversation the mission just disappeared. Does anyone else have the same issue? Any solutions?

Check to make sure it is the currently selected mission in the Log, often the log will change the 'current' mission and leave people lost looking for a 'landmark' that isn't currently active.

I checked, they disappeared from the log. Gone! Nada!
The Autophage Mission icon isn't there.
