Report a translation problem
They are not that rare but you need to scan for them and they will be in caves. If you see the eggs when scanning- wrong planet- wrong resource in caves there.
I would just scan until I saw the icon- it doesn't say vortex cubes but something like subterranean relic or similar. I just walk until the icon is getting close to the ground and then terrain manipulate my way to the cave.
there is also a downward pointing arrow that appears on the compass when there is an egg or cube directly below you
They are only around the entrance of caves or within the caves.
Just use your scanner. It's also quite easy to identify them visually.
If you can travel by portal, fly to this portal.
The picture shows the location of the waypoint, so ignore any information other than star systems and portals.
The back of the base near the portal leads to a cave with some vortex cubes.
(Danger! The inside is steep and there is a risk of falling. Do not go too far in the back.)
You can also certainly find others, so look for them with your scope.
