Report a translation problem
Using your unlimited resources, you simply complete the Artemis mission.
Then, if it doesn't pop automatically for you, go to any space station and grab some settlement maps. Go find a planet you like and find a settlement.
Take over the settlement. Since you're in creative, you can really rip through the first couple of stages in the settlement which is all you need.
Then, run up to the Nexus, talk to lizard boy, and complete the 'trace of metal' mission.
Now, warp a few times and the Autophage contacts will begin.
I've already done it on my creative save.
Sure, it's not "instant on" like most creative stuff, but it still works like any other game mode, plus you don't have to really "work" for it since everything is free. Including Void Motes and everything.
Sorry! There wasn't much else in creative mode back when I played it for fun. It's all new to me now.
How many systems should matter, I have found them in every single system I have visited.
