Maybe go troll somewhere else.
That's how they become available in game if not. I know it's another annoying step, but quick Twitch drop checklist is:
1. Sign up and link your Steam account to Twitch
2. Double check you've signed up for Twitch Drops in Twitch (not strictly necessary, but helpful).
3. Watch participating Stream
4. Check Twitch chat as you watch stream, you should be seeing "Claim drop" notices.
5. Make sure you click the "Claim drop" notices in Twitch. If you miss it in chat, there's a box at the top of twitch which takes you to the campaign page within Twitch, you'll have an inventory there you can click on things to claim.
6. Finally, go to the Anomaly and check the Quicksilver vendor. He'll have a shiny new "Claim Twitch Drop" heading... (or something to that effect in his menu). This is where you get the actual drops in-game. This way you don't lose anything if you had a full inventory or a full 9 starship slots.
If you did everything above then the only remaining thing to do is wait a bit for them to load in. You may need to relog first. I know I had to for some of the drops.
All else fails, file a Zendesk ticket with Hello Games and they should get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Zendesk tickets should always be your last resort once everything else has been tried. They don't resolve real quick, but that's the only way to truly get in touch with the support team.
Edit: I should mention that sometimes you get a Twitch Drop for something you already have unlocked, like the visages customizations. In that event it'll bug you about Twitch drops every time you go to the anomaly. In a perfect world it'd refund your quicksilver for any Twitch drop you had already bought with quicksilver, but we don't live in that perfect world. I just had to learn to ignore this message and finish my business each anomaly visit.
Oh, there's another step to add to the list. I did not know that one. Thanks for the heads-up.
I don't even get the option at the quicksilver vendor for a Twitch Drop. I've tried logging in and out and connecting my steam account multiple times and I can claim everything on twitch but it won't show up in game.
If you don't see the option you didn't link twitch drops to your game platform completely. redo it. (My wife had the same issue.)
