Ah, no, it's for the one underwater. Turns out expeditions are just extremely glitchy when you do them in multiplayer.
For me and my partner... This game just sucks in multiplayer. Whoever approaches the location first, that is who it flags as having "found" it. The other person doesn't get to find that site. At all.
We had this trouble with a few of the other quests, too. And the only solution we found is to restart the game in single-player mode, not multiplayer, and then voila that location will just suddenly work and flag as complete when you get near it. -_-
I am also having this issue. Anyone find a work around?
