Invisible objects?

This is new for me. Yesterday I planted flags on two adjacent corners of landing pad. Looked fine, but when I came back into the game the second flag wasn't there, but was listed in the Objects section of the save file. I put another flag at that disappearing spot and, sure enough, it was invisible too after a reload. I had to delete the flags in the save file. Today I put down a power line hider in a different area of my base, and it is now invisible. I restarted the game and no change. In this case though, It seems to be working as I cannot see any power lines. I did put in a set of stairs after the power line hider and they don't disappear.

Any ideas? This particular base is pretty simple and doesn't use a lot of objects.

That's a long standing bug that crops up again on occasion each time a new expansion rolls out. There have been invisible bulkheads in freighters, supports for elevated bases disappear except for the end points. The wire cloaking device has been known to work intermittently and objects still clip through other objects or the ground from time to time.
