Yeah, they give you one during the Expedition, but afterwards you can claim it as a reward at the Quicksilver vendor.
Yes, copying it at that one base will give you "more", but one can not use it at another base .
Since I have the expedition still open (not claimed everything yet) I do hope that afterwards it will be a blueprint as troubled-pasta mentioned.

Yes, you can claim it later. It is now available on all my saves from the QS vendor
I was trying to find out if by finishing the expedition this trophy ends up as a blue print in addition to the actual piece itself, so one can place it in multiple bases within one file/save.
My apologies if I was not very clear of this at the beginning of the thread.
No need to apologize to anyone. I thought the same thing on my 1st run thru the expedition. But I always go the vendor to see what I have unlocked, not only on that save but the others
And no, the Titanic Trophy is not unlocked from doing the Relics expedition... it was a reward for Expedition 4...
It was given as mission reward in Relics, not a phase reward, so the BP cannot be claimed unless you completed Expedition 4.
