How to get Excavated Bones（ARTIFACT） now？

Ancient Bones can no longer obtain Excavated Bones

You'll still get them occasionally from Frigate Expeditions, but you can't dig them up anymore.

But I read the wiki that it cannot be get from the expedition

Well I got a couple from a frigate expedition a couple days ago, so maybe Wiki is wrong or it's referring to another type of expedition?

I've played NMS for thousands of hours and I've never seen the Delicate Flora (FARM). I've seen players ask about it previously, but I don't think it's available in the game.
